In this article I don't require to deal with the health risks. Not because they are not important, but because they have been much beaten to death. Someone who smokes is aware of the dangers to health that are attached to the smoking habit. In case you are still smoking you don nott think it will happen to you, or you think it wont happen for a very long time. Nothing to be done there in either case.

Cleanliness:
Iam speaking here about keeping your house tidy & pleasant. The thing we managed to do this year is move the smoking outside, & that has made all the difference to how pleasant our home is. room that is effected by smoking is the bathroom. The humidity seems to secrete the tar out of the smoke & deposit it on the walls & ceiling. Therefore nothing like huge drops of tar hanging over your head, or the brown streaks jogging down the walls. They are truly disgusting!

So, there you go. Those factors, to me, are the largest reasons to cease smoking right now. They may not truly be dangers of smoking in the physical sense, but they are still great reasons to butt out. Possibly of them will be more important to you than the risks to your health.

The other location that is hard to keep pleasant in case you smoke is in your car. The ashtray stinks. Therefore a fine dusting of ash over everything. The stink gets right in to the floor mats & upholstery & it takes months to tidy up. Getting in to a smoker's car on a road trip is like curling up in an ashtray.

2. Soaked in cold water more than eight hours, drain small amount of water and add a cup of hot water mix. Dates, molasses or honey can be added for sweet,.

Low-temperature baking wheat pulp ︰

• 8 cups oatmeal

• 1 / 2 cup molasses (plus 1 / 4 cup water)

• 1 / 2 cup dates

• 1 / 2 cup raisins

• 1 / 2 cup sesame seeds

• 1 / 2 cup sunflower seeds

• 1 / 2 cup almonds

• Fresh fruit

Add oatmeal with molasses and stir it well, add other item with molasses and keep in baking machine and make it to dry (approximately 12 hours), store it in bottle or cans Serve it with heated milk or with fresh juice

Fresh vegetable juice ︰

Carrot juice is the most popular, take organic carrots wash it with a brush with pressure and put in juice machine (Juicer) to juice it. Beans or seeds soaked in water for overnight, drain it, wash it and eat this once in a week.

3. Carrot, beet root, celery root. (Tuesday)

4. Various types of lettuce, spinach, watercress, etc.(Wednesday)

5. German pickled cabbage. ( Thursday)

In cabbage cut the filaments or remove the filaments with Champion Juicer , add two tablespoons of seaweed powder (Kelp or DulsePowder) mix with the cabbage. Put the mixed item in the pot and cover it. Maintain room temperature for three to five days and can be eaten. Keep it in refrigerator after using. Add lettuce for more flavour.

Best Chili

Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb. lean chuck, ground
1 lb. lean pork, ground
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz. hunt's tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 can beer (12 oz.)
3 Tablespoons chili powder
2 Tablespoons instant beef bouillon (or 6 cubes)
2 Tablespoons cumin, ground
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons oregano leaves
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon coriander, ground
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
1 teaspoon cornmeal
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon warm water


Directions:

1. In a large saucepan brown 1 1/4 pounds of the ground meat (the beef and the pork), drain the fat.

2. Remove meat (the beef and the pork). Brown the rest of the ground meat, drain all but 2 tablespoons of the fat.

3. Add the garlic and onion, cook and stir until tender.

4. Add the other half of the meat and the tomato sauce, water, beer, chili powder, bouillon, cumin, paprika, oregano, sugar, coriander, cocoa, and hot sauce. Mix well.

5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered , for 2 hours.

6. In a small bowl, stir together the cornmeal and flour, then add the warm water and mix well.

7. Stir into chili and cook, covered, for an additional 20 minutes.
