Eat Healthy High-energy food


If we intake High-energy food, the body will maintain a high energy. If we intake Low-energy food, will make you tired and depressed, and accelerated aging. What is a high-energy food? The first condition is less pollution, food free of chemical additives, preservatives, pesticides, and high-fat and corruption bacteria. The second point is a natural, fresh, not heat processed foods. The third point is the organic agricultural product which plants by the fertile soil, not by excessively many chemical fertilizers, weed killer and agricultural chemicals destruction..

Fresh fruits and vegetables is the best source of high-energy food. They are raw, under no danger. Food heating to 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees centigrade) above, will destroy the protein and the enzyme, reducing the nutritional value lot. As long as the food does not exceed the above heating temperature, nutrition will not be destroyed.

The difference between Organic food and normal food in the market? In general, organic farmers out of farming fruits and vegetables taste better, high nutritional value, and thus energy is high. If you consider all these factors, organic produce is worth of higher price, and buy organic produce is to support the continuity of the farming methods, and also conserve soil for future generations. High-energy diet

Hot stone milk ︰ one person

1. Health nuts 1 / 4 cup ︰ almonds, walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds or sesame Choose one

2. Soaked in cold water more than eight hours, drain small amount of water and add a cup of hot water mix. Dates, molasses or honey can be added for sweet,.

Low-temperature baking wheat pulp ︰

• 8 cups oatmeal

• 1 / 2 cup molasses (plus 1 / 4 cup water)

• 1 / 2 cup dates

• 1 / 2 cup raisins

• 1 / 2 cup sesame seeds

• 1 / 2 cup sunflower seeds

• 1 / 2 cup almonds

• Fresh fruit

Add oatmeal with molasses and stir it well, add other item with molasses and keep in baking machine and make it to dry (approximately 12 hours), store it in bottle or cans Serve it with heated milk or with fresh juice

Fresh vegetable juice ︰

Carrot juice is the most popular, take organic carrots wash it with a brush with pressure and put in juice machine (Juicer) to juice it. Our choices are the champions pressed juice machine brand (Champion Juicer), it is durable, with carrot add other vegetables like beetroot cucumber and celery and add piece of ginger to increase flavour

Lunch and dinner suggestions ︰ Salad plate

1. Seed sauce (Sunday)

Cup sesame or sunflower seeds soak it in water for eight hours, drain it and keep it at room temperature for germination for eight hours add it in blender add a little water to smash add some seasoning for flavour.

2. Sprouting lentils, sunflower seeds, almonds, etc.(Monday)

Beans or seeds soaked in water for overnight, drain it, wash it and eat this once in a week.

3. Carrot, beet root, celery root. (Tuesday)

4. Various types of lettuce, spinach, watercress, etc.(Wednesday)

5. German pickled cabbage. ( Thursday)

In cabbage cut the filaments or remove the filaments with Champion Juicer , add two tablespoons of seaweed powder (Kelp or DulsePowder) mix with the cabbage. Put the mixed item in the pot and cover it. Maintain room temperature for three to five days and can be eaten. Keep it in refrigerator after using. Add lettuce for more flavour.

6. Seaweed. (Friday)

Red algae (Dulese), seaweed or Hijiki.

7. Steamed vegetables (Saturday)
